The Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Albania, H.E. Stefano Palumbo, was appointed by HRH Crown Prince Leka II of the Albanians to the Royal Order of Skanderbeg, with the dignity of Grand Officer.

This honor bears witness to the gratitude of His Royal Highness for His Excellency’s outstanding contribution in strengthening the relations between the Sovereign Order of Malta and the Albanian Royal Family, as well as for the unwavering support His Excellency has shown towards the Prince and the country over many years.
