Malteser Youth Germany started its week-long visit to Albania on the day the Catholic Church celebrates Palm Sunday. After the Holy Mass, Ambassador Stefano Palumbo together with the Archbishop of Tiranë-Durrës, Monsignor Arjan Dodaj, welcomed the young German volunteers in the archiepiscopal curia of St. Paul's Cathedral in Tirana.
Palm Sunday was celebrated in all its immense solemnity in St Paul's Cathedral in Tirana, celebrated by the Archbishop of Tirana-Durrës, Monsignor Arjan Dodaj, Conventual Chaplain ad honorem of the Sovereign Military Order of St. John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta.
The Director of the Onufri Museum in Berat Mr Miklor Pasku welcomed the Ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta on a visit to the city's most important art collection in the heart of the medieval castle.
The Ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta in Albania visited the Santa Lucia Filippini school in Berat, founded and directed by the Pontifical Institute of the Maestre Pie Filippini.

In connection with his trip to southern Albania to meet local institutions, the Order of Malta's Ambassador was received by the Prefect of Berat Mrs Valbona Zylyftari on 22 March 2024.
On 21 March, during the Order of Malta's Ambassador's trip to southern Albania, he was received by the President of the Municipal Council of Vlora, Mr Ervis Mocka.
During his trip to the south of the country, inaugurated on 21 March with the first courtesy visit to the Mayor of Vlora, the Ambassador of the Order of Malta to Albania paid a courtesy visit to the Prefect of Vlora, Mr Vangjelo Tavo.
On 21 March, a meeting between Ambassador Stefano Palumbo and the Mayor Ermal Dredha took place in the Municipality of Vlore.
