On the occasion of the Solemnity of St. John the Baptist, Patron Saint of the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John, of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, and in the desire to express the most sincere gratitude for providing spiritual assistance to the activities and works of the Sovereign Order, His Most Eminent Highness The Prince and Grand Master and the Sovereign Council have decided to confer the Grand Cross pro piis meritis pro Merito Melitensi to His Most Reverend Excellency the Archbishop of Tirana, Monsignor Rrok Mirdita and to His Most Reverend Excellency the Bishop of Sapa Monsignor Lucjan Avgustini.
