DIPLOMATS VISIT THE ST. JOHN BAPTIST HOSPITAL IN ROME

Monday morning, the Sovereign Order of Malta’s Ambassador to the Holy SeeAntonio Zanardi Landi, led a delegation of ambassadors to the St. John Baptist Hospital in Rome to illustrate the health and welfare activities in the Order of Malta’s facility.

Received by the President of the Order of Malta’s Italian AssociationRiccardo Paternò, the ambassadors visited some of the hospital departments, including the “reawakening” unit specialised in neuro-motor rehabilitation of patients with severe brain injuries. The hospital has also recently inaugurated a new day-hospital pavilion.

The delegation included the ambassadors of Albania, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Ivory Coast, France, Italy, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Moldavia, Monaco, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Russian Fed., Senegal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and European Union to the Order of Malta.
