Ambassador Stefano Palumbo hosts the annual reception on the occasion of the Solemnity of St. John the Baptist
On June 28, the Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Republic of Albania, H.E Stefano Palumbo, and his wife Valérie hosted the annual reception on the occasion of the Solemnity of St. John the Baptist, Patron Saint of the Sovereign Order of Malta.
Among the distinguished guests were the Apostolic Nuncio in Albania, His Excellence Monsignor Luigi Bonazzi; Archbishop of Tiranë-Durrës Monsignor George Frendo, His Royal Highness Prince Leka; His Eminence Chief Mufti, Bujar Spahiu; the representative of the Orthodox Community, His Grace Asti; the Executive Director of the Albanian Organisation of the Order of Malta, Maranaj Marku; Albanian institutions and authorities, heads of various Diplomatic Missions resident in Albania, as well as many prominent personalities both from philanthropy and the business sector.
